🌟 What You’ll Do: Own the Full Project Lifecycle : From definition and engineering to installation and closure, you’ll manage packaging systems valued at $500K–$3M. Be the Client’s Go-To Expert : Lead communications, align expectations, and build lasting relationships. Coordinate Across Borders : Work with suppliers and teams in North America and Europe, navigating cultural nuances with diplomacy.

Solve Real-World Challenges : Tackle mechanical, electrical, controls, and safety issues with the support of subject matter experts. Lead with Confidence : Run kick-off meetings, engineering reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs). Drive Results : Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met while managing procurement, resources, and risks.

🧠 What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience. Proven success managing complex capital equipment projects. Experience with packaging machinery in food or medical device industries is a big plus. Bonus points for working with European-based companies or multilingual teams.
