Competitive Pay: $25–$28/hr based on experience and qualifications Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k): Company match of up to 4% Paid Time Off: PTO and paid holidays Career Growth: Training and advancement opportunities Steady Commercial Work: Projects throughout the DFW area What You'll Do Install commercial HVAC sheet metal & ductwork equipment for new construction and retrofit projects Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and equipment installation instructions Assist with equipment startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning as needed Perform HVAC piping, connections, and related installation work Assist with ductwork installation and other mechanical work as needed Safely handle and transport equipment, materials, and tools Work safely on rooftops, lifts, ladders, and in mechanical rooms or other confined areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work effectively with project managers, foremen, technicians, and other trades What We're Looking For 2+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal / ductwork installation experience required Hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience a plus but not required Ability to read and interpret commercial HVAC blueprints and plans Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and materials Comfortable working on rooftops and in various commercial job-site environments Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the greater DFW area About RLP Mechanical RLP Mechanical proudly serves the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond, providing commercial HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration services.
