Customer Support Responsible

We are looking for a Customer Support Responsible to manage customer orders, ensure accurate order processing, and provide timely information regarding product availability and order status. The role combines front-office and back-office activities, involving direct customer interaction, order administration, invoicing, and collaboration with internal departments to resolve customer requests and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Place and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely handling;
• Issue proforma invoices and advance payment invoices;
• Monitor customer orders and provide updates regarding their status;
• Communicate product availability and stock information to customers;
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to identify and implement solutions;
• Create and maintain customer accounts and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
• Prepare reports requested by management;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order management and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification;
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role;
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken;
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with customer data and reports;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment;
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with SAP;
• Experience working with different customer categories, including B2B clients, distributors, business partners, and end customers. Work Schedule 8-hour workday; Office-based during the first 3 months, followed by a hybrid work arrangement; The role combines approximately 50% front-office activities and 50% back-office activities.
