Skid Assembly Supervisor

James Moore & Co., P.L.’s HR Solutions team is currently partnering with Goshen Engineering in the search for a dedicated and experienced Skid Assembly Supervisor to directly supervise the assigned Skid Assembly team within Production and support the safe, efficient, and quality-focused assembly of skids and integrated electrical equipment and systems.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role leads Electrical Assembly Technician I-III employees and designated Leads, plans and prioritizes work, monitors production and quality, develops employees, and coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Materials, Control Wiring, and other teams to resolve issues and support delivery requirements.
