We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our community in Ann Arbor, The Ponds at Georgetown Apartments. We currently have a full-time position available. If you have a passion for customer service, can-do attitude and a desire for growth, we are looking for you! Weekend work required.

Responsibilities

for this position include, but are not limited to: Greeting existing and potential residents Showing and renting apartments Qualifying applicants Follow-up with potential residents Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals Handling resident issues General clerical duties Social Media Management Great Customer Service Yardi & Yieldstar experience preferred Commissions on Move ins and Renewals If you love to lease and it shows, join our team today!!
