As an HR Admin, aspire to enhance overall departmental efficiency and support the delivery of exceptional HR services to both employees and management within the hotel. primary responsibilities Document Management: Assist in maintaining employee files and records in compliance with applicable legal requirements. This includes filing documents, updating databases, and ensuring the confidentiality of all HR-related information. Recruitment Assistance: Help with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and organizing applicant information. Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employee handbooks, orientation materials, and other necessary documentation.
