Swiss Machinist

Job Title: Swiss Machinist Company: RAM Precision Industries Location: 11125 Yankee St., Dayton, Ohio 45458 RAM Precision Industries is a leading manufacturer of precision components for various industries such as aerospace, canning/packaging, and medical. We are currently seeking a skilled Swiss Machinist to join our team and contribute to our production operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components according to specifications
• Program CNC machines using G-code and/or conversational programming
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and meet production goals Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Swiss machining equipment
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus Benefits:
