Call Center Consultant II

Call Center Consultants assist members and potential members with their requests in a Contact Center environment. They accurately describe available member services, respond to problems, and direct contacts to the appropriate areas of the Credit Union when required while accurately recording information in computer systems that record member activity.

Primary Responsibilities: Assists members and potential members with their inquiries received by phone, chat or e-mail Answers questions regarding products and services and resolves problems Identifies and presents to members suitable products to enhance the membership experience and member’s financial well-being Ensures the appropriate records are maintained in the credit union’s systems and prepare reports as needed Support departments outside of the department as needed What You'll Bring: One year to three years of similar or related experience A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Excellent listening and telephone skills A higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication Be punctual to the assigned work schedules including break schedules Must be available to work Saturdays 1st United Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer Hourly wages range from $23.

00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience. Wages listed are for grade 7. Hybrid schedule begins after training has been completed and ability to work independently.
