About the role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include: Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.

g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation) Social connection and companionship What do we need from you? Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance Current First Aid & CPR Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Police Check (valid within the last 3 years) Experience in care role highly regarded About this location: A new opportunity is now available to join Bolton Clarke, Home & Community Support team.
