Key Responsibilities
Deliver riding lessons for individuals and groups. Develop personalized training plans. Teach horse care, safety, and stable management. Prepare riders for competitions and assessments. Evaluate rider performance and provide constructive feedback. Ensure safe riding practices and adherence to regulations. Promote positive rider-horse relationships.
Requirements
Recognized equestrian coaching certification. Strong riding and instructional skills. Knowledge of horse care and welfare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
