Customer Service / Upselling Executive

Requirements

Possess a minimum of one year of professional experience in customer service or sales roles. Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills suitable for high-volume voice-based environments. Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to navigate diverse customer scenarios effectively. Show a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and performance metrics.
