Bid/Tender Writer

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Tender/Bid Writer to join our team, focusing on the care industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality tender and bid proposals to secure contracts and business opportunities in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify tender opportunities in the care industry. Develop, write, and submit comprehensive and compelling tender and bid proposals. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure proposals meet client requirements. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines. Review feedback and continuously improve the quality of future proposals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a tender/bid writer, preferably within the care industry. Strong understanding of the care sector, including relevant regulations and standards. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organisational and project management skills. Must have the right to work in the UK.
