We’re looking for a driven and experienced Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department at our Oconomowoc Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, drive sales growth, and ensure we deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Competitive salary based on experience NO Sundays Annual awards and bonus recognition programs Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and Disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holiday pay Employee discount program Ongoing training, growth, and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do: Hire, train, and lead the parts team to achieve department goals Maintain a balanced inventory to meet the needs of service, body shop, wholesale, and retail customers Set pricing strategies that ensure profitability and customer loyalty Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence and maximize turnover Develop and manage wholesale parts programs and sales promotions Ensure timely turnaround for internal jobs and special orders Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals Oversee shipping, receiving, and accurate processing of orders Build strong relationships with customers and resolve concerns promptly What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Parts Manager in a new car dealership preferred Experience in Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in inventory management and parts sales processes Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of manufacturer co-op advertising and return allowance programs is a plus If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a workplace that values people over pressure, apply today to schedule a confidential interview — positions are limited, so don’t wait!
