Responsibilities

Utilize and promote trauma-informed treatment through evidence-based practices. Participate in developing individualized treatment plans and outcomes in collaboration with the treatment team. Provide individual, group, and family therapy based on patient needs. Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources connected to patient caseloads. Coordinate continuing care planning and make appropriate referrals. Monitor and complete insurance authorizations for assigned patients. Provide referrals for additional care and support services as needed.

Maintain an ongoing productivity expectation of 50%. Participate in regular supervision and seek additional guidance when appropriate. Adhere to HIPAA requirements and all confidentiality standards. Follow OMHSAS, DPW, and DDAP regulations and guidelines. Complete required orientation and annual training programs. Provide coverage for other programs as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned. What You Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of addiction and its psychological, physiological, and social impacts. Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments for substance use and co-occurring disorders. Experience facilitating individual and group therapy.

Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain professional and effective in challenging situations. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards. Requirements

What do we require? Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a health and human services field. Additional Requirements Pass a Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check. Obtain Pennsylvania Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances. Pass a drug screening. Complete a two-step TB test. Obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
