Job Description: Job Description – Technical Project Manager (E-Commerce / Digital Transformation) Position: Technical Project Manager – E-Commerce / Digital Transformation Experience: 8–12 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of E-Commerce and Digital Transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management expertise, and experience delivering enterprise-scale digital commerce solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of E-Commerce and Digital Transformation projects. Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to define project scope and technical deliverables.
Drive Agile project execution using Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Business. Ensure seamless integration between front-end, back-end, cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party systems.
Monitor project KPIs, sprint velocity, release readiness, and overall delivery health. Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, RAID logs, and steering committee updates. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. Drive stakeholder communication and ensure business expectations are effectively managed.
