What You Will Do:**
Culinary Excellence:** Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.
Maintain the Standard:** Uphold IGC’s high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.
Safety First:** Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
Collaborate:** Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Solve & Support:** Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest focused operation.
What You Will Bring:**
Experience:** At least 1 year of BOH | Culinary experience in a high volume or premium environment.
Knowledge:** A strong understanding of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.
Reliability:** You have consistent transportation and a team first attitude.
Communication:** Honest, open communication with your peers, managers, and leadership.
