Junior AI Operations Specialist

You will take ownership of real-world business problems with the goal of automating workflows, deploying AI agents, and generating tangible business impact. Tareas Process Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them by combining AI with no-code/low-code tools. Practical AI Implementation: Deploy AI agents and custom solutions using models such as Claude, OpenAI, and Codex.

Internal Consulting: Function as part of an "AI Strike Team" reporting directly to senior executives. Rapid Execution: Move from "idea" to "functional prototype" within days, with the freedom to test and iterate quickly. AI Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or OpenAI APIs and prompt engineering.
