Coordinator Sales

Job Description The selected person will be responsible of manage campaings in the internal acquisition channel, which is outbound telemarketing. The Telemarketing coordinator will be responsible to maximize the sales results at the internal telemarketing agencies, which covers, team management, design and implementation of the sales scripts, training and monitoring , monthly campaign planification, analysis of main campaigns telemarketing metrcis, coordinate the regular audits done at the TM agencies, report and control of the sales and develop of quality assurance, follow up and results.

The selected person will be in charge of the, monthly control of the expenses and coordinate payments to third parties. Offer of employment with Hex. Digital is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications •Must have fluent and ideally native Spanish and be fluent in English (written and speaking). •Previous experience working with sales teams, ideally contact centers. •Experience working under pressure with monthly sales objectives. •Ability to collect, analyze and manage data effectively to drive business strategy and report results.

•Ability to develop strategies working with different teams to achieve business effectives and targets. •Ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving project related issues. •Strong written and verbal communication skills (interpersonal, group/meeting facilitation, and executive presentations/communications).
