ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a close-knit team of six who are focused on growth, integrity, and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an accountant and later as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in both the financial and customer service sides of the business.

I’m married, love sports, and our office pup, Peaches, helps keep the environment fun and welcoming. Creating a positive place to work is important to me, and I believe people do their best when they feel supported and valued. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
