Operator/Blaster (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a 1st and 2nd SHIFT Blaster/Painter to work out of our Milwaukee Service Center in West Allis, WI.  The Blaster/Painter prepares and finishes components through sandblasting and painting operations in support of repair and manufacturing activities. This role removes surface contaminants, applies coatings and finishes, and performs masking and paint preparation to meet quality requirements.

The position operates blasting and painting equipment, while following established procedures, safety standards, and work instructions. The Blaster/Painter helps ensure components are properly prepared, coated, and inspected to achieve high-quality, durable finishes.
