AI Officer

AI Officer – Job Description Location: Trivandrum, India Reporting To: IT Manager Experience: Minimum 4 years of practical AI-related experience About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, creative and self-motivated AI Officer to develop and implement AI solutions across the organization. This is a practical AI implementation role focused on building, configuring, integrating, testing and deploying AI solutions that improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions for functions such as customer service and lead generation. Build and manage AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for customers and employees. Develop multi-agent and multi-step AI workflows with appropriate human oversight. Identify repetitive and time-consuming processes that can be automated using AI.

Develop AI-assisted workflows for insurance quotations, customer service, claims support, marketing, sales, administration, operations and management reporting. Develop internal AI assistants and knowledge systems using company documents, procedures, policies and databases. Work with Generative AI and LLMs and integrate them into practical business applications.

Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions. Develop AI-powered tools to improve employee productivity and customer experience. Test and monitor AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, security, privacy and performance. Establish appropriate human-in-the-loop controls for critical AI processes.

Train employees on effective and responsible AI usage. Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications. Work directly with management and different departments to convert business requirements into working AI solutions.

Technical Skills Strong practical knowledge in several of the following: AI Agents Agentic AI Chatbots Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering RAG Workflow Automation AI Assistants Knowledge Bases Document AI Data Extraction AI Integrations Multi-Agent Systems Platforms & Technologies Experience with platforms and technologies such as: OpenAI / OpenAI APIs Claude / Claude API Claude Code Azure AI n8n Make Zapier Lang.

Chain Python Vector Databases Similar AI and automation technologies Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should: Have at least 4 years of practical AI-related experience. Have hands-on experience developing or implementing AI agents, chatbots, AI assistants or automated workflows. Be self-motivated, curious, creative and solution-oriented.

Be capable of taking an AI project from idea to implementation independently. Enjoy experimenting with emerging AI technologies and identifying practical business applications. Understand business problems and design appropriate AI solutions. Have knowledge of AI security, data privacy, testing, governance and responsible AI implementation.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
