Kitchen Assistant- Autumn House - Part-time

Description Under the direction of the Group Home Manager, the Kitchen Assistant is responsible for food preparation and delivery, washing dishes, cleaning, and storing. Housekeeping and teamwork are also an integral part of this job.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with preparing food and clean-up for the individuals residing in Autumn House Group Home. SECTION B: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) Skills Effective communication methods. Coachable in development of new skills and making good decisions that align with house needs. Responding professionally and effectively to requests, concerns, and feedback.

Abilities Collaboration among team members. Build and maintain productive relationships with other agency staff.

EDUCATION

High School Graduate or GED
