• Winston-Salem, NC, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Extended Care Worker assists the Extended Care Coordinator with all aspects of the Extended Care program PRINCIPAL DUTIES Spiritual
• The Extended Care Worker shall: Seek to be a role model in attitude, speech and actions with a consistent daily walk with Jesus Christ. Show by example the importance of Scripture study, prayer, witnessing, and unity in Christian fellowship. Follow the Matthew 18 principle in dealing with students, parents, staff, and administration. motivate students to accept God's gift of salvation and grow in their faith. lead students to a realization of their self-worth in Christ.

Essential Functions

• The Extended Care Worker shall: Be responsible for engaging with the students Keep accurate daily attendance records Plan appropriate and varied activities for the students involved Implement the discipline plan to maintain a wholesome and safe environment for the students Maintain a standard of neatness and orderliness in the base room Model Godly behavior for the parents and students that they come in contact with daily Seek to build and nurture those students who attend the program Report any suspicions of child abuse, neglect, or maltreatment to the appropriate authorities, as required by North Carolina law.
