Inside Sales Rep

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll manage the complete sales journey for inbound residential customers, from the first call or web inquiry through signed agreement and successful handoff to our operations team. You'll work closely with branch teams, operations, and sales leadership to ensure customers receive a seamless buying and installation experience.

This is an in-office position supporting multiple service centers within your assigned region. Success in this role comes from consistently converting inbound opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a customer experience that builds trust from the first interaction. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll receive ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and visibility into the metrics that drive success.
