Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem (PRN) All Shifts

We are looking for a compassionate Nurses to provide excellent care in a residential treatment facility serving individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. • Per Diem (PRN status) / on call days or nights as needed from 7a - 7p OR 7p - 7a / holidays and weekends / Shift differential for nights and OT rate for holidays worked The experience candidate should meet the following minimum requirements: Minimum of (2) years of experience as in a mental health environment. Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role. Background in home health, ER acute care and residential treatment preferred. Able to pass a AHCA level 2 background check. Duties include: Medication administration Daily nursing assessment to evaluate physical health and mental health, including risk to self/other Documentation in EMR of medication compliance, assessment results, and physician orders Milieu Management: assisting guests with self-regulation and maintaining safety Participation in treatment team; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to include Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, ARNPs, and Mental Health Therapists.
