What You�ll Do: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to K38�s recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Work collaboratively with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth service Assist with prep, line setup, and closing procedures Deliver consistency, speed, and attention to detail during high-volume shifts What We�re Looking For: Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we�re willing to train the right candidate Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow with the company Why Join K38 Baja Grill?
