About the Team

You will become part of a highly collaborative Global HUB Medical Affairs department , working closely with the Medical Manager and cross‑functional partners. The team is multidisciplinary, experienced, and committed to scientific excellence and continuous learning. What you will do? In your daily work, you will collaborate in activities such as: Contributing to the development and implementation of the Global HUB Medical Plan Providing scientific support to cross-functional teams Creating slide decks and presentations for internal and external use, aligned with communication strategy and competitive insights Developing and reviewing scientific materials , supporting documents, and literature Supporting Medical Manager project management processes Reviewing and updating slide kits and presentations Co-reviewing materials in Promo.

Mats Attending virtual team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary projects Supporting team meeting preparation Requirements Degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, similar) Advanced English Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with new technologies , including tools such as Copilot Desired Skills & Experience Strong motivation and willingness to learn Positive and proactive attitude Ability to teamwork cross-functionally and manage priorities effectively Comfortable in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
