• Eagan, MN, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $24.00 - $24.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Dispatcher to join our operations team in St. Paul, Minnesota. This person is responsible to ensure all delivery functions are performed efficiently. You will maintain all routes and ensure completeness, accuracy, and smooth flow of all Service Technician paperwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Update, revise, and maintain all drivers routes to ensure efficiency and workload consistency Work with Customer Service, Branch Managers, and Maintenance to assure timely and proper delivery Process paperwork to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance, on a daily basis Receive daily call-in orders and efficiently place within a drivers route Benefits and Compensation: $24 an hour Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance An employer paid life insurance policy 401K plan with employer match Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Qualifications: Key Qualifications: Previous dispatch experience Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check and drug test Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows Dedication to our mission that includes caring for our customers with the highest standard of compassion, integrity, and care We look forward to seeing your application and the opportunity to speak with you further!
