What You'll Do

As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you'll safely transport Amazon freight between fulfillment centers using modern day cab tractors and advanced fleet technology.

Your responsibilities

Safely transport 100% no-touch Amazon freight Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Operate Amazon Relay and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) systems Maintain clear communication with dispatch and Amazon operations Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Amazon, and company safety standards Represent our team with professionalism at every stop and all points between Why Join Us?

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits: Competitive Pay: The pay rate structure is established at $22 per hour for new drivers and $23 per hour for experienced drivers, with flexibility for higher compensation based on skill set.

Schedule: Four days on, four days off rotation. The shift rotation schedule is set to a model of four days on, followed by four days off. Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with no current suspension or revocation Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report Must successfully pass a DOT Physical, DOT drug screen, and comprehensive background check Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, understand highway traffic signs/signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records Comfortable using handheld technology, smartphones, GPS, and electronic logging systems Our Hiring Process Submit your application Complete an initial phone interview Safety and driving experience review Road test and pre-employment screening DOT drug screen and background check New hire orientation You will not be employed by Amazon; you will work directly for an independent Amazon Partner Company.
