Due to their exemplary industry standards increasing year-on-end business, they are now seeking to employ an additional Service Co-ordinator to take onus of the position and continue in the company’s footsteps of delivering an excellence of service and customer satisfaction. About the Position… The position holds the responsibility of overseeing client needs in a professional manner; on a daily basis ensuring that the company’s positive image and reputation remains intact.

You will also be required to devise new ways to improve customer service and client relationships, scheduling meetings with prospective and existing clients and research the market trends and consumer base to better serve the needs of the target demographic. Further duties include; Written reports and database entries of client and customer activity.

Book in service calls, organise clients, chase jobs and follow-up on outstanding quotes. Complete monthly reports as requested by Service Manager and Management. Assisting associates in closing sales and bringing in new clients. Assisting in managing employee schedules. Acting as a liaison between clients and company.

Addressing and resolving any issues or complaints. Providing input into the design of promotional material. Working with the marketing department to discuss research and market trends. The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Co-ordinator in the HVAC industry and demonstrate an excellence in interpersonal skills, developing professional relationships and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Further to this, the ideal candidate will have; Previous experience in a similar role. Possess detailed knowledge of the HVAC industry service and standards. Exhibit strong organisational skills. The ability to think creatively and analytically. Demonstrate strong leadership skills. Experience in using Database software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability in multi-tasking effectively. About the Benefits… The company is offering a salary of between $60,000-$70,000 plus superannuation.
