Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Spiegelworld is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Absinthe at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.  The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across the Absinthe footprint, including the Green Fairy Garden, all bars, food truck (No Pants), Pier 17, and the Hallucinator.

This role supports daily operations, drives service excellence, ensures compliance, and fosters a high-performing, collaborative team environment. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. This is a full time role and the salary is $60,008 per year.
