Activa Home Health is seeking experienced and clinically strong Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team supporting both our Medicare Home Health patients and as needed our Hospital at Home patients. We are hiring for full-time and per-diem roles across Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties.
