Gen IN, Lead. Gen & PPC US, and India COD Ecom. We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth who has hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• Prior experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team.
• Must have hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI, and CPC campaigns.
• Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
• Confident personality with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, Has. Offers, or similar.
• Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance using data.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
