Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath/IR - Mullica Hill Expansion -PT - 7am-5:30pm - On Call / 30hr/wk

MAJOR FUNCTION : Responsible and accountable for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of human response to actual or potential physical and emotional health problems. Performs diagnostic radiographic examinations as prescribed by a licensed invasive cardiologist, utilizing radiation-producing equipment within established departmental guidelines serving adult and geriatric patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

& Experience: You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred *Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement: Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCW Hired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMCM Critical Care experience required.

Cath Lab experience preferred. One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions. Certification/Licensure: Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing. American Heart Association BLS required. American Heart Association ACLS required. Dysrhythmia certification required. National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
