Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and implementing various company gatherings and key events of subsidiaries, ensuring the events are held successfully and achieved desired outcomes· Assist in arranging event etiquette and other on-site work, ensuringsmooth event processes and positive atmosphere· Complete routine documentation related to public relations acctivities, as well as other tasks assigned by superiors Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above· Minimum 3 years' experience in event management, public relations, media and/or other related field(s)· PR planning experience is highly preferable· Proactive and with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Familiar with video and photo editing software will be an advaantage· Proficient in various computer office software· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
