What You’ll Do: Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out Schedule appointments and manage patient records Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism Support our doctors and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Be able to do some day travel with a team Be open to a rotating schedule Why Join Us: Competitive starting wage of $18.
