Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our team as a Logistics Coordinator ! You will manage customer orders and returns, address inquiries and complaints, and work closely with internal teams and warehouse partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a dynamic environment, and building strong customer relationships Take a closer look at some of the main duties : Process customer sales and repair orders, including order entry, updates, and cancellations Manage customer returns (RMAs) and support the resolution of receipt discrepancies and non-conformities Monitor order status and communicate delays, issues, and relevant updates to customers Investigate and resolve order processing issues, exceptions, and customer complaints Manage order escalations, including order allocation and prioritization Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding orders, pricing, and product information Manage customer, product, and order holds in accordance with established procedures Support inventory reconciliation and other activities related to customer service and 3PL warehouse operations What we expect from you : Minimum high school diploma Fluency in speaking and writing of English language Strong communication skills, oral and written Any experience in order management is an advantage Advanced knowledge level of Windows OS Analytical and problem-solving attitude What you will get from us : Daily shifts, Monday
