Housekeeping Supervisor (2nd Shift)

• Flagstaff $22.00/Hour | Guaranteed 40 Hours | Mileage Reimbursement Mon-Fri | 3:30 PM to 12:30 am Benefirts + PTO + 401(k) Match Oranje Commercial Janitorial is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Cleaning Supervisor who takes pride in leading others and setting the standard for excellence. What You’ll Do Supervise and support custodial staff across assigned locations Ensure all work meets Oranje’s cleaning standards and client expectations Train new employees and coach team members for success Conduct inspections and address quality or performance issues Assist with hands-on cleaning as needed Communicate clearly with management regarding staffing, supplies, and site needs Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Requirements

At least 23 years old Valid driver’s license (required for travel between sites) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening E-Verify clearance Strong reliability, punctuality, and communication skills Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred (but not required) Benefits Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; voluntary insurance options; 401(k) with company match; PTO; Pay.
