Minimum Qualifications

Culinary degree or related experience. Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook or Sauté Cook. Skill and experience with Hotel, Country Club and/or Restaurant menus. Ala Carte Dining Experience preferred. Serv. Safe certified, able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment. Flu vaccine required during flu season.
