POSITION SUMMARY

Plunger Lift and Gas Lift Sales and Service Representative will be tasked with managing and servicing their area of business. This includes the following: Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory audits. Support sales efforts and contribute to business growth within the assigned area.

Provide field service and technical support to customers while maintaining strong service relationships. Communicate field activity, customer feedback, and operational updates to the District Manager. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field while coordinating with product line managers, district managers, and customers to develop effective solutions.

This role requires regular direct interaction with customers and strong communication across internal teams. This role combines technical inventory management with customer relationship development, providing on-site support to optimize and enhance customer service while promoting business expansion. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to all Liberty safety policies and actively participating in required safety meetings and programs.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to sort, count, and verify numbers.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

This includes exposure to all weather conditions. Most of the physical work requires small hand tools and lifting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This position may encounter overnight traveling. Compensation, Performance Expectations, and Place Residence: This revised salary of $85,000.00 per year is structured to support minimum revenue expectations of $75,000.00 per month. Failure to promptly and consistently achieve the goals outlined above may result in termination of your employment. With this position you will be eligible to participate in the monthly commission and service bonus program. This will be detailed and provided in a separate document.
