Retail Marketing Specialist

Is this your next challenge in Retail Marketing? Assist in planning and execution of retail marketing and customer campaigns to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives Support year-round trade activities, including weekly promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and store openings or refurbishments Coordinate end-to-end execution of in-store marketing materials, POSM, and promotional mechanics to ensure timely and effective store implementation Assist in media planning and execution, including TVC, print, and other above-the-line or retail-focused media Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop effective marketing assets and stay updated on the latest retail and media trends relevant to the Wellcome brand Partner with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required Do you have experience in Marketing?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, FMCG, or an agency environment Fresh graduates will also be considered Strong execution capability with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel Good understanding of retail operations, promotion mechanics, and customer marketing Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese required; Mandarin is an advantage)
