Job Overview: Job Summary** Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Laborer Renewable (Non-Driver) Rockhound to support our renewable energy projects. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks on solar, wind, or other renewable energy construction sites, primarily focusing on groundwork, material handling, and site preparation, without the requirement of operating company vehicles.
Job Responsibilities** * Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, shoveling, and raking. * Assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment on job sites. * Participate in site clean-up and maintenance activities, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Support skilled tradespersons and operators by providing assistance as needed. * Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision. * Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures diligently. * Identify and report potential hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors. * Contribute to the installation and assembly of renewable energy components as directed.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Job Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Prior experience in construction, general labor, or a related field is a plus. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly. * Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. * Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols. * Reliable transportation to and from job sites (company vehicle operation is not required for this role).
