Level Up is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for our client's new low-cost/social housing projects. The role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth through successful project launches and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in the economic or low-cost housing sector, with in-depth knowledge of PAG-IBIG housing financing. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to align strategies and optimize promotional activities Organize and execute sales events, project launches, and other initiatives to boost visibility and sales performance Achieves sales targets and milestones, ensures timely and effective setup of sales operations,and readiness of the new project for launch.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to deal closing – ensuring a seamless experience for buyers Generate timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to support management decision-making Planning, organizing, and directing sales operations for the Company’s new low-cost/social housing projects Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professional to ensure high performance and motivation Screen applicants to fill in job vacancies Ensure staff have the required competencies to perform their jobs through orientation and training Assess the performance of workers and motivate them to pursue their individual development plans Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions on erring employees and recommend the rewarding of high performers Supervising and coordinating the sales team to ensure performance and productivity; and performing such other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time Requirements Graduate of any course related to the field Profession Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor, ideally in the economic or low-cost housing sector Strong understanding of housing loan processes, especially with PAG-IBIG Fund financing Leadership: at least 2 years of managerial experience Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Established network of sales agents and real estate brokers within the low-cost housing industry Result-oriented, with a consistent tract record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Willingness to travel to project site and attend field activities as required
