Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

As a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, you will play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, business analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across a growing, multi-entity organization.

Reporting to the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will transform complex financial data from multiple systems into reliable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify financial trends, and develop actionable recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities

will span the full financial planning cycle, from annual budgets and rolling forecasts to variance analysis and liquidity planning. You will also help modernize reporting processes through automation, standardized controls, and the thoughtful use of AI-powered tools. Working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment, you will have the autonomy to improve financial processes and build scalable reporting solutions.
