Set up, layouts and programming Equipment operation Collect data from inspections Process troubleshooting Light maintenance Tool selection 1st article inspections Requirements Five years manufacturing, programing, set-up, and trouble-shooting experience on CNC Swiss. Good math aptitude and good blueprint reading abilities.

Good understanding of SPC and the basic elements of TQM and GD&T Skills: Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to get along and work with others and be able to work overtime if need be.
