Las Vegas Box Truck Driver Back up CDL

Main job function: Box Truck driver servicing local work, pays $20.00 per hour Monday Through Friday. Some Saturdays may be needed. Secondary job function: Back Up CDL Driver when needed, Las Vegas to Arizona Monday Night to Friday night. Some touch freight with pallet jack or fork lift. CDL Line starts at 8 pm. Hook to loaded or empty unit.

Head to customer for a live load, head to Wickenburg, AZ for delivery and trailer swap, return to Kingman, AZ for delivery then return to Las Vegas. Box route pays $20.00 per hour. CDL Route pays 10hrs per day flat at $25.00 an hour. Pay days are on the 1st and 16th of each month, Direct Deposit is offered 401k after 90 days 40hrs sick pay annual accrual 80hrs vacation pay annual accrual Paid 6 major holidays (8hr days) , must work day before and after to get.

Offer Attendance bonus $1 per hour. Starts after 60days of working. Must work entire period 1-15th and 16th - end of month. Cannot take sick day or vacation day during period. Suite 4 Las Vegas, NV 89103 Commercial Driver Job Description CDL DRIVER OR BOX TRUCK DRIVER Duties and Responsibilities Ensure load matches delivery requirements. Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries. Read maps or set GPS to determine and track daily route.

Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner. Load and organize product inventory from warehouse into your vehicle and unload products in and out of truck as needed throughout the day. Always keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy. Make sure inventory matches manifest (accompanying shipping document). Scan or write in confirmation of delivery upon arrival to recipient client.

Collect signature and/or payments at delivery locales. Deliver goods to specific locations determined by clients. Check in with warehouse on delivery progress as needed. Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and deliver it to the proper personnel at the end of each shift. Refuel vehicle as needed. Inspect delivery vehicle daily looking for anything problematic (low tire pressure, tire wear, dents etc.)

and report any abnormalities. Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered while enroute, to supervisors. Follow rules and regulations of the road at all times. Follow all company and state enforced safety requirements for loading and unloading product.

Requirements

and Qualifications Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification. Have a valid commercial driver’s license, for Class A drivers. Driver’s License for Box Truck driver. Have a valid DOT medical Card Must have a clean driving record with no major moving violations. Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles.

Physically fit and strong, able to lift 50 pounds comfortably. Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts a plus. Professional and pleasant disposition, able to give all clients a positive customer service experience. Candidate should be dependable, hardworking and an effective communicator. Excellent time-management and organizational skills required.
