Job Description: Job Description – AI Service. Now Developer Project UK Project Required Experience 6–8 years of relevant experience Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Service. Now Developer with strong expertise in Service. Now platform development and a focus on AI capabilities. The role will involve designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Service.

Now solutions, with exposure to Now Assist and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service. Now applications and custom solutions based on business requirements.
• Work on Service. Now AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and AI-enabled workflows where applicable.
• Develop and enhance business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, flows, and integration components.
• Build and maintain Flow Designer and Integration. Hub solutions and support integrations with external systems.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Follow Service. Now development best practices, coding standards, update-set/application management practices, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, project managers, and other technical teams across the UK project.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

& Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Service. Now development and configuration.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and Service. Now scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration. Hub, REST/SOAP integrations, and APIs.
• Exposure to Service. Now AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, or related AI functionality.
• Good understanding of Service. Now security, roles, ACLs, and platform architecture.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Education
