Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Activity Certification preferred Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, customer service, or a related field preferred Strong passion for enhancing resident engagement and quality of life Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate group activities and events Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher) Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and community events Ready to make a difference every day?
