Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to confirm appointments and address scheduling conflicts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and patient information. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure availability of infusion rooms and necessary resources. Monitor appointment flow to optimize clinic efficiency and reduce patient wait times- Assist in managing patient flow and providing support to clinical teams as needed.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards related to patient scheduling. High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred. Proven experience in scheduling, healthcare administration, or related field. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems (EPIC). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
