Human Resources Assistant

Join our team as a Human Resources Assistant and play an important role in supporting our employees, recruitment efforts, and HR operations. As an HR Assistant, you'll provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department while helping maintain confidential records, supporting hiring and onboarding processes, and assisting with employee programs and events.

What You'll Do

Maintain confidential employee records and HR files Complete employment verifications, background check data entry, and reference checks Assist with various activities (record retention, HR database updates, recruitment supports) Process paperwork, filing, scanning, and general administrative duties What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Excellent communication and customer services skills Proficiency with computer systems and data entry Why Join Us?
